I am a Finnish photographer whose practice explores the relationship between landscape, memory, and atmosphere. I am drawn to the subtle details of the natural world and the emotional spaces that emerge through observation, light, and place.

Between 2008 and 2017 I lived and worked in Scotland and England, where collaboration became a central part of my artistic practice. During this period I co-founded the interdisciplinary project We Sink Ships, producing exhibitions, films, podcasts, and live events with musicians, photographers, writers, and filmmakers. I have also collaborated on artist publications and audiovisual works, including Lost Again on Waking with Scottish composer Euan McMeeken, and organised community art initiatives such as Papergirl Glasgow.

My work has been exhibited internationally, including as part of Broadscape at the Brighton Photo Fringe photography festival. Alongside my own projects, I have collaborated with artists and musicians whose work spans photography, contemporary classical music, independent publishing, and experimental film.

Whether photographing forests, coastlines, or people, I am interested in creating images that invite stillness and close attention. My photographs seek to reveal the extraordinary within the everyday, encouraging viewers to pause, look carefully, and reconnect with the environments they inhabit.
